Vision Untapped was created on a simple belief: young men have untapped potential that can be transformed into income, ownership, and economic opportunity.
Vision Untapped is an entrepreneurial platform designed to help young men earn profits by providing valuable services that communities need every day. Through the platform, participants can secure work opportunities such as snow removal, grass cutting, weed removal, trash cleanup, property maintenance, hauling, and other neighborhood improvement services.
Unlike traditional job programs that prepare people to work for someone else, Untapped teaches young men how to build income for themselves. Participants learn how to identify opportunities, market their services, communicate with customers, manage projects, price jobs, generate revenue, and operate as independent contractors.
Every completed project creates two wins. The community receives needed services, and the young entrepreneur earns income while building practical business experience. As their skills and customer base grow, they gain the confidence and knowledge necessary to create sustainable businesses and long-term wealth.
Vision Untapped is changing the narrative surrounding young men. Instead of being viewed through stereotypes, they are seen as business owners, service providers, problem-solvers, and contributors to their neighborhoods. Our ultimate goal is, through time and extensive training, to move these men into electrical, plumbing, and other repair services where some will morph out and build their own team.

As he gains experience and trust, he can unlock training and certification in pressure washing, landscaping, home maintenance, and other neighborhood services.
Over time, he can manage a crew or launch his own business under the Untapped brand.
